The house is in a quiet pedestrian area of the village close to the shops and all amenities including a lovely park. The nearest beach is a 5 minutes drive away and it possible to walk along the Algarrobo river to the nearest beach. The village house has been converted and is bright and spacious. As you walk in there is an open hall way area which leads to a double bedroom on the left, a WC/ cloak room is on your right. Straight ahead is an open plan area with a spacious modern kitchen and dining/lounge area. Upstairs is a light spacious lounge with two large windows and traditional Spanish double doors to the patio and roof terrace. A feature is the beamed ceilings to all the rooms on this floor. Through an arch way there is a double bedroom to the right and the left and in between a bathroom. Outside is a small patio where there is a heated outdoor shower and two further rooms, one currently used a s a utility room with a washing machine, the other room is being used for storage. On the terrace there is an outdoor kitchen, plenty of space for dining in a shaded area and room to also put sunbeds. From the terrace there are mountain and village views. The house has its tourist license to operate as a holiday rental or bed & breakfast. There are two entrances to the property, guests have their own space. It can be run as a business or enjoyed as a private home.
