From the kitchen you go to the back garden and from there directly to the pool.
On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms -one ensuite in the master bedroom-, both with safety glass partitions. All bedrooms have high quality laminated flooring (AC5). The whole house has new, double-colour, German brand PVC windows (Schüko) with double glazing. Integrated mosquito nets in all windows and living room door. Electric ceramic radiators in bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Westinghouse fans in bedrooms and living room. Solid wood doors in the whole house.
