La Caleta de Vélez is the most important fishing port in the province of Málaga. It also has a marina, where you can walk along the promenade and enjoy the many restaurants that serve the freshest fish, as well as other culinary delights of the area. You can walk practically all year round thanks to the 300 days of good weather that the Costa del Sol enjoys.
The motorway is less than five minutes away from the house. So you would be at Malaga International Airport in half an hour. The house is in a quiet urbanisation, less than ten minutes walking to the beach and all flat. There is also a large supermarket awfully close. In front of the house there is an olive grove where you can walk if you have dogs or where children can play safely. The urbanisation has a communal pool and gardens, and a new playground has been built.
The house is southwest facing on one side - towards the beautiful olive grove - and northeast on the other - which faces directly into the pool area-. You enter the house through the front patio, where there is a covered garage that can be used to store bikes, or whatever you wish, as there is plenty of outside parking space. We go into the hall and from there, on the left, into the living-dining room with an Italian wood fireplace, with automatic fan and hot air grills on the ground and first floors. The floors are made of polished marble and the walls of stucco (as in the rest of the house). On the right there is a guest toilet. All three bathrooms have ceramic floors. In front of the entrance hall is the kitchen. It is spacious, bright, with a lot of storage space and high-quality appliances. From the kitchen you go to the back garden and from there directly to the pool.
On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms -one ensuite in the master bedroom-, both with safety glass partitions. All bedrooms have high quality laminated flooring (AC5). The whole house has new, double-colour, German brand PVC windows (Schüko) with double glazing. Integrated mosquito nets in all windows and living room door. Electric ceramic radiators in bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Westinghouse fans in bedrooms and living room. Solid wood doors in the whole house.
