The grounds are mature and elegant, with lovely green lawns, tall trees, fruit trees and flowers. Areas (terraces) ideal for sunbathing and shady areas that give a space to escape the heat of the day. A path next to the villa that leads through the gardens to the patio area where you can see the large private terrace, pool and jacuzzi.
The villa consists of three floors; The ground floor is completely independent with a kitchen, dining room, lounge and bathroom.

The private pool has a swimming power feature, which creates a stream in the pool to swim against. The pool is 10 m x 4.5 m, the depth in the shallowest part is 1.1 m and 1.9 m in the deepest part. The jacuzzi can be heated in the colder months. The pool is not heated.
A large private deck with hammocks surrounds the pool and leads to the patio area with dining tables and a gas BBQ for alfresco dining.
