This plot of land was bought some years ago with a licience to build. unfortunatley the purchaser did not realise that permissions have a time limit. the licience has now expired and the present owner has not started the process of applying to have the licience extended. I think realistically in 5-7 years it should be resolved. this is the reason why this plot is offered for sale and a rock bottom price of only 30,000 euros. you could keep live stock on it or a caravan at this time there is a 500 m platform with the rest of the land slopping down into an olive grove at present there is fencing on two sides and the plot is close to the road so access is very easy.
